We upgraded from Act 2000 (ver 5) to Act 2009 (ver 11), in Act 2000 we could send email from the History tab, it does not seem like we can do that now. We do not use Outlook, just the built-in Act email client.
Is this feature still here?

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
