Selected Default For Created Activity Fails

I have created an activity type, ".Call", so that I can add more than the system restricted results. In this case, DNLVM is the default checked, but when I go to create a history item, it defaults to "Call Completed". Any suggestions?

Hi John, when you have checked DNLVM as default, was this done when you created the new activity type? The default here refers to the result that will be selected by default if you clear an activity of that type, not when you create a history entry manually.

 

An administrator can choose to amend the default history type that will appear when you create a history entry manually. To make this change please follow the steps below:

 

1. Go to Tools > Preferences

2. Click on the Startup tab

3. Set the History Type and Result as desired
