ACT 2012 on Win 7 Pro x64
I have set the backup folder preference to Q:\Backup. I will then use browse to put the backup into Q:\Backup\Monday, Tuesday, etc. for the respective day. However, when I click Browse from the Backup menu instead of going to Q:\Backup it goes to the ACT backup sub-dir in ..\Users\...\documents\act\act data\backup.
This behavior does not occur on the host database on a system running Win XP.
I did not experience this with ACT 2011 on the same computer. Any ideas on how to correct? It's more of a nuisance than anything but now it has me curious.

It's odd because the Win XP machine doesn't have this problem, nor did my Win 7 x64 before ACT 2012.
My workaround was to create a shortcut to jump to my backup sub-dir of choice. It gets me there...
