Seeking help with ACT issue in Win 7


 

I have been running ACT 2010 for quite some time using Win7. Today it decided it would not open. Specifically, when i click on my desktop short cut, it ACTS like it's opening, checking the log in and password, and whirls as it is thinking and then the log in box minimizes into the task bar....and that's it. I can't see or access my database. HELP!?

The issue may be that the screen is displaying 'out-of-view'.  Use the steps in the article to attempt to move them back into view: KB Article 23807
