Searching 8 Fields

In my DB I have 8 fields that contain franchise information.

Is there a quick way to search all 8 fields?

(eg does the term "Green Parts" appear in any of the 8 franchise fields?)

I know I can create a query, but I have to replicate the search for all 8 fields.

You can't search all eight fields in one go without doing an advanced query as you have seen, however you could do a Keyword search to look for "Green Parts" in all fields.

If these are common searches, you can also create Groups with dynamic membership rules for each item.
