We have four PCs running Act! 2016. The computer where the data resides is having trouble with searching for employees. Searching for clients works fine but when searching for employees (set up as users, too) no results come back.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Clicking on Lookup and then clicking on Last Name...
If I look up one of our employees on the Boss' computer there are no results.
If I do the same search from another PC in the office, it works as expected.
