Notice how the calandar for the scheduled apointment is different from the the actual meeting time. I have had this happen many time in teh past, but thought it was now time to share.
I have scheduled the appointment in Act 21012 Premium access vai web. Any ideas why these times would be different?

xd40c,
What time zone is your Act! premium for web server in? The appointments may shift to show as current in the timezone setting for your database. Do you host your database, or does another company?

Eveything is Eastern time zone. The server is in my basement.

I would consider contacting support directly on this, but here are things to check:
What time zone is your computer set in within wnidows? Is the date and time correct?
Is your computer set to automatically adjust for Daylight Savings?
In Actdiag, wha time zone does the database say? Can you change it to somethin gelse, then change it back?
What time zone is Outlook set to? Can you change it?
Try changing the timezone to something else, then changing it back in all places that you see a time zone field. A preference somewhere may look right, but Windows, Act! or Outlook may be reading it wrong.
