Scanning directly into an act contact.

I have a Fujitsu S1500 scanner and would like to open an act contact. Drop something into the scanner, such as a letter from the contact, written notes or completed sales materials.  Hit the button and have act recognize and place in the open contact.

Is this already possible?

Can it be added in the future?

Using ACT 2011, Adobe X, and Office 2007.

Thanks,

John

Not out of the box, but take a look at Scan and Organize for ACT

The S1500 is not a twain scanner, it would not work.

Is there a demo available, the price seems high for a single user home business.

And will it actually work with the S1500, the scanner is not a twain scanner.

Thanks,

John

I just tried to do a tour and the required form wants too much personal information for me to want to just tour their site.

Do you know of any other solutions??

Thanks,

John

Scan & Organize looks good, but it doesn't seem to be supported by ACT! 2012's search feature.  If I can't search the documents, it has limited use.
