Sage ACT Pro 2012
Scan for duplicates says that it completes with no duplicates found, no matter what the criteria. Even trying a scan for duplicates with the criteria of matching on STATE field and <none> others is returning any results.
I performed a check and repair, integrity and re-index check. The problem persists. Any ideas?
We will be upgrading them to v17 later this month anyway, but they want a fix to this earlier.
