Scan for Duplicates GRAYED OUT?

Under TOOLS on ACT 2010 "Scan for Duplicates" is GRAYED OUT...how do I fix that?

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Online Community. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 as your operating system, then try these options:

Run As Adminstrator

- Close ACT!

- Reopen by right-clicking in the program icon and selecting "Run As Adminstrator" (instead of double-clicking)

 

Lower or Disable User Account Control (UAC)
