Saving an empty copy of the database

I am trying to provide an assoicate an empty copy of my database.  The problem is that I have ACT!2007 Premium and he has ACT!2007 Standard.  I can save an empty copy of the database and select the option to save it to ACT!2007 Standard.  But, then as I understand it, I must provide him a backup copy that he can restore on his computer.  I can't bring up the Standard copy to back it up, because it wants to convert it back to a Premium database.

What you need to so is copy the database ADF and ALF files to his computer. Then he need to open the database by double clicking on the ADF file.

You'll also need to copy the supplemental files folder and you may need to detach the database from SQL with ACTDIAG before copying it (not sure if it's attached when doing a Save As to standard)
