Saving a "Lookup by Example"

I have a particular "Lookup by Example" that I do very often in which I always specify the same Value X from dropdownBox A, and the same Value Y from DropdownBox B. Is there a way to save this lookup and, somehow, create a shortcut so I don't have to repeat these same steps?

Re: Saving a "Lookup by Example"

I suggest you to create an advanced query instead a lookup by example and save it. Once you saved it, you can create a custom command. Then you could put it in your toolbar or in a specific menu.
