Server is SBS 2003 SP2
Act is Version 2008 10.0.3.182

What is happening is the following, and it seems exclusive to when ACT calls Word 2003 to create a word document from template.
All templates and word documents are saved on a file server via mapped network drives, and those are ultimately the final destination of the final output.
It's intermittent, but seems to be becoming more frequent.
Customer opens Act
Write > Other Doc from Template > Chooses blank template, Word Opens.
They do what they want, and then from word click "Save As" and browse to subfolders of the mapped network drive.
What happens, is none of the hundres of word documents, in the subfolders, are showing. This is a problem because they like to click on an already existing word document, as it already has a template of sorts for their file naming system. They then change the name up a little bit and save the file.
When browsing to mapped network drives through windows explorer, this never occurs, all files are always present.
When browsing through Word , when it's not being called through ACT, this problem never occurrs.
