Samsung Omnia smartphone + ACT

I have ACT premium 2008 and I would like to purchase the Samsung Omnia phone.  Will ACT run on this device?  It has windows mobile.  Thanks

Re: Samsung Omnia smartphone + ACT

The Omnia has Windows Mobile 6.1. Win Mobile 6.0 wasn't supported in the free ACT! link till ACT! 2009 (11.0)...

You might try looking at Handheld Contact, which will support the phone with either version of ACT! and provide much more functionality as well

I decided to purchase a blackberry instead can ACT! be snychronized in the phone?  Or does it need additional software?  Thanks Lisa

To sync to a blackberry, it requires additional software such as Handheld Contact

Another alternative is CompanionLink.

Both Handheld Contact and CompanionLink will sync to BlackBerry phones.  The question you should ask yourself is: am I looking for an ACT-like user interface on my phone, or am I looking to sync ACT! data to the native address book and  calendar application on my phone?

If you’re looking for an ACT-like interface, Handheld Contact works good.  If you’re looking to sync data to the native fields on your phone, CompanionLink is what you need.
