Same lookup returns different results from one machine to another with same user.

Administrator logs in to machine A and looks up ID/Status: employee, returns 34.  Logs on to server and performs same lookup: returns 5.

  • Database is the same.
  • User is the same
  • Contact access is set to public

From the server performing a Lookup-All contacts allows you to scroll to some of the missing contacts while others are missing entirely.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Issue resolved.

One machine had "Show users" checked and the other didn't.  Sorry for the waste of people's time.

What version of ACT! are you using?  Is this user specific?  Is machine A using a remote database or are you sharing from the server?
