Sage Mobile Live for Act website shows confusingly formatted expiration dates.

The account information for Mobile Live subscribers is found on the website www.sagemobileforact.com  (Sage terms this website a "portal".)  According to Sage's techs, expiration dates on the portal are in the day/month/year format used in much of the world, rather than the month/day/year format used in the USA.  Therefore, accordingly to the techs, the indicated date of 3/11/2011 would refer to an expiration on November 3, 2011, and not March 11, 2011.

Given Sage's record on such things, who knows if that's correct?  Presumptively, all subscribers will find out as time passes.  (The proper practice in dealing with worldwide audiences is to use the long form, "November 3, 2011", which is universally interpreted correctly.)

Hello rconant,

The expiration date is correct, but is in non-US standard date format. So for your account, the expiration 3/11/2011 (Nov. 3rd) is the correct date. I agree this format will be confusing for a number of users, so will submit this to the development team.

Actually, there are a few issues with Sage Mobile in it's handling of international dates and time zones.

I had tried to explain this to them over the last three years of beta
