Sage Mobile Live for Act stopped working after applying SP10Hotfix 3. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. No help. I tried to do a "Recover". It just thrashes around a bit, but doesn't recover.
I continue to wait for some sort of constructive help on this problem.
This is clearly a bug. It is Sage's responsiblity to fix it.
