My assitant set up our Act database, so it was all in her name. I wen to an online forum and thought I had the right instruction to change the Administrator to myself. So I went into my assistants account and switched the Administrator from her to me, and made her a manger. Now, I can only login as under the assitant, and since she is not the Administrator anymore, I can't switch her back to Administrator. I can't login as myself because Act is telling me I do not have enough licences.
What can I do now?

Michelle, how many licenses did you purchase for Sage ACT! Pro? Do you only have a single license?
Gregg, if you could please post the specifics of your situation and what steps lead you to this point.
