I am having a bit of a problem regarding the Act! and Outlook integration within a RDC environment.
The setup is:
Terminal Services set up on a Windows 2008 server
Act! and Outlook published as running programs onto the server, so that the users can use them within the remote sessions.
The user cannot add, or see the Act! address book within Outlook.
Even after running the Act! email setup from the Tools menu within Act!, there is still no integration.
Ive done quite a bit of googling to find the resolution but I have come up with nothing.
