We are installing an Avaya IP Office PBX next year.
We are looking to collect from the incoming calls into ACT so that incoming calls can bring up contact pages by number and so that we can call outbound from ACT through the system. We are using ACT 2013 Premium which is hosted on our terminal server within our network.
Does anyone have experience with this? Is there a third party application that can help with this.

One problem with DialIT. They say their application uses the Avaya TAPI client. That client only runs on 32-bit Windows machines. My customer has newer 64-bit machines.
Does Avaya have a 64-bit TAPI client? I can't find it.
Are there other alternatives?

We have a customer who has Sage Act 2012 and would like to use the click to dial feature. We will be installing an Avaya IP Office Release 9.1. Is this functionality available?
