I downloaded Sage ACT! Pro a couple of months ago. I immediately encountered email issues:
I have discussed the issue with Comcast and ACT's customer support. Neither has been able to resolve the issue. Microsoft customer support claims it's ACT's issue?

How are you setting up email in ACT (through act email or outlook)? The fact that they aren't getting there after they leave your outbox in either place is not because of ACT, but can be becasue of other issues with email setup, your email provider, or your domain settings. ACT doesn't "do" anything to the email except place the message in the outlook outbox if you're using outlook or send via your smtp setting if you're using internet mail.
