Just curious if anyone knows why this occured or how to fix it - the user has been setting up a new sales lead database over the past week or so, and this morning all the details on her entered Notes are gone & replaced by a big red X. Database corruption possibly? Any way to repair or recover? See image for what I'm talking about.

This generally isn't associated with database corruption, but more likely monitor settings or corrupted Sage ACT! preference files. Here is an article with further information: KB Article 18360
