Sage ACT! Pro 2011 - 64bit issues

First off, hello everyone. This is my first post.

We have a small business office running a server and 5 workstations (2 full time and 3 part time). We have Sage ACT! Pro 2011 loaded on only 2 of the workstations. Last week we had to upgrade those 2 workstations because of age. I fould out to my dismay that after I loaded Office 2013 in 64 bit mode that the word processor in ACT! will only run on a 32 bit version of Word. Is there a work-around or do I have to deregister and uninstall the Office 2013 and then reinstall it in 32 bit mode. Please help as this is driving me nuts.

Thank you from Vancouver

You have to uninstall the 64bit version of Office and install the 32bit version.  You probably don't need to unregister and reregister but I can't say for sure.  I've never had to do it personally.

Wow, thanks for the lightning fast reply Stan. I had my Excel and especially Outlook nicely configured and now have to redo them again I guess to make it work. Lesson learned.

Thanks again.
