Downloaded onto my new computer and have had issues ever since (Windows 7)
Product is supposed to be compatible according to Sage.
Receive error message:
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Debug - Close
I can install and then reinstall and it will work for the first couple of times, but then it goes back to not working and giving the same error message. My folders stay intact as does the database even after uninstalling.
Anyone had this issue?

I would look at corrupted preferences (Here is an article on rebuilding them)
Or you may have a broken or incompatible plugin.
I do not suspect the problem is with either the data or the ACT install itself.
