I am having some problems with ACT 2010. My IT guys installed the latest office and outlook on my computer. I soon found out that act 2010 was not compatible with it. I have since put a clean install of microsoft office 2007 on my machine. I went through the usual integration steps with outlook and things were going ok. However I have noticed that although ACT is logging outgoing e-mails and attachments, it is not logging any replies to them like it used to. How do I get it back the way it was?
I would be very grateful for any assistance!

To record in-bound (received) emails requires a rule be created within Outlook. Here is an article with instructions: KB Article 23020
