I just updated my ACT! my current version is ACT! by Sage 2008 (10.0) Version 10.0.3.182, Hotfix 1. I have also done some work with Opportunities. I do not recall requesting an auto e-mail, but they are being sent to my e-mail account - several at a time. How do I stop this?
UPDATEJust figured out there is an e-mail in my ACT Outbox that is the culprit. The e-mail is in italics and I cannot delete it, move it, etc. I believe if I could get rid of this e-mail, this problem would be solved. Any suggestions?
