microsoft did an update, act would not load datatbase, i did a restore, now it says SQL is not running, went to ACT dialog, says i must be admin. to start, i am the administrator. Please help I have ACT 2013

I've attached a batch file that has been written by an Act! consultancy (perhaps Keystroke - can't remember!).
Save to Desktop and run this when SQL doesn't start.

And just to add - To start ACTDIAG right click and select Run as Administrator for full functionality.
Also this article explains how to change SQL to delayed start that seems to fix this issue.
