I have 5 user licenses but I have one computer that if ACT isnt working on, it will not work on any computer. I had a power outage and came in and couldnt get on ACT. I am using ACT 2010. I determined the server was not connecting and I couldnt get it started so I followed the directions for unistalling and re installing the server 2005. That fixed the issue on my main computer but I still cannot access on any of my other computers. Is there something I need to do on my main computer or do I need to manually uninstall and re-install on all 5 computers?
