SOLVED Sage Act Pro 2011 Group Lookup

[ Edited ]

I am struggling to create a lookup that will select contacts between 2 certain dates.

Its not as easy as it may seem i dont think.

I have a 12 Groups, the 12 months of the year.

My lookup is based on the Date Of Birth..

Now I have on the Group Lookup the follwoing:

Field Type = Contact

Field Name = Birth Date

Operator = Month Equals (Number)

Value = "01" for Jan "02" for Feb etc

and this works fine.

Now I have subgroups - Jan1 - Jan2 - Jan3 - Jan4 - Feb1 - Feb2 - Feb3 - etc etc (4 sections per month)

And I want them to lookup the dates based on the month and year.

For example:

Jan1 = 01/01/**** to 07/01/**** - where **** being any year - a wildcard so to speak.

Jan2 = 08/01/**** to 14/01/****

I cannot seem to get the correct Forumla in the Lookup to search on these dates.

If you can understand this and can help then I woul REALLY appreciate the help.

Kind Regards

Re: Sage Act Pro 2011 Group Lookup

Use the same methodology that you used for month:

Month = 1 and (Day = 1 or Day = 2 or Day = 3 or Day = 4 or Day = 5 or Day = 6 or Day = 7)

It will be a little tedious to set up but once you have the four that specify the days of the month save them and just change the month.
