I am currently using ACT! version 10.0. When I make changes e.g. global replacement of a field for 20 records done on the contact list format. The save icon is grey in colour and i cannot save the existing changes that i see on the screen. Why is the save icon grey in colour on the contact list display? Are there other ways to save my changes. I do not trust the auto save.
