SAGE ACT! Pro 2012 - Time Order on Reports

Hi.

 

We run notes/history reports every afternoon.  We are wanting for each contact (since sometimes we make multiple entries on each contact per day) to show on the report the first note of the day  - last note of the day.  Currently it shows last note - first per contact.

 

Any help would be nice Cat Happy - Tiffany

Tiffany If you go to edit the report you will find two sub reports notes, histories and if you highligh and go into the section header you can then choose the sort either decending or asending, change it to asending should give you what you want
