Running ACT pro 2011 and having network sharing issues

A few weeks ago I came in and started ACT. It kept telling me that the database last opened could not be accessed. I found that odd because the database is on my computer. After trying to figure it out for a day I called tech support and they had me run a command I think was called "servicesact" that then brought up a page of processes that ACT is using to operate. The SQL server had stopped so they had me restart it. Problem solved.

Today when I started ACT! I had the same problem. For some reason I couldn't get the servicesact screen to pull up. . .  Not sure if I just type it directly into run or if I open the command prompt. Is servicesact the right command??

Any way, I tried a different approach to fixiing the problem. I pulled up the SQL manager on my computer and tried to start it directly from there. It worked, I can now access ACT!. The only problem is that the other three computers sharing my database still can't access it.

Any thoughts?
