Rollover Problem

Rollover Problem

I have Act! Pro Version 21.1.187.0, Update 4.  Calendar activities do not roll over from day to day despite all the appropriate boxes checked under Tools, Preferences, etc.  I have to close and reopen in order to rollover manually.  Any ideas as to how to fix?

I have not seen nor heard of a solution so I still have the problem.
