Rolling Activities to a new ACT user

We have an employee going on maternity leave and have set up her replacement on ACT and deactivated the original employee.  Can anyone tell me how to get ACT to roll all her activites over to the new user?  Ive not deleted her as she will be returning so she's only been deactivated

You have an interesting situation. Unfortunately I don't know of any way to transfer activities from one user to another except one at a time. One option would be to use the activity filters to show the activities with out reassigning them until they come up.
