Reverting Back from ACT 2008 to ACT 2005

I was upgrading ACT 2005 to 2008 and when I installed 2008 realized that some programs we had on our machines were not compatible with 2008.  I am trying to revert back to 2005 and having major issues.  We are on a network and the server computer can open it but the other workstations are getting an error that says "The database <database name> could not be accessed.  In order to access this database, check your network connection and verify that your database server is available.  It may be necessary to disable any firewall software on your computer or the server".

Anyone else have experience with this issue???  Can anyone help me???

You can't open an ACT! 2008 database in 2005 and there isn't an export to go back in ACT!

If you don't have a backup ACT! 2005 (and you haven't done to much in 2008), you could just restore the backup

Failing that, you might need to export the data and bring it back in with a tool like this add-on:
