Our company purchased a license for ACT last July before I was an employee. We had one employee use it for 6 months and they left the company a month ago. All we have is the backup zip file with no username/password. We are not on good terms with this employee so we have no option to restore. I called ACT support and they said all they can do is offer me a $200 5-call tech support offer. Maybe I am new to this but that is ridiculous to simply restore our pertinent company info and do a true assessment of the software. Am I missing something?
