Resolution of the dependency failed MESSAGE..............

A power outage hit, there was no problem with any hardware.  BUT! ACT on my computer will no longer work!  We have a two user set up and I'm the primary. The second computer has no problems at all??? How can I get my pc back up with ACT???

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Most likely this is caused by a damaged ACT! preferences file. Follow the steps in the bottom half of this KB article to manually rebuild the preferences file:
