Hi,

 

I was wondering if it's possible when printing reports to have the time in ascending order. I print the Notes/History report so I know what the sales reps have done on a particular day, however when I print the report off the time that they are at each job is not in sequence, it might start at 12.30pm and then jump to 9.45am. Is there anyway I can set the report to print by the time field?

Yes it's possible, but talking you through it in this format would be nearly impossible. Your best course of action would be to contact an Act! Certified Consultant.

That report is a contact based report and can't be sorted globally by date and time. The notes and history can be sorted by date and time but I suspect that isn't what you are looking for. The ACT! reports don't provide for a notes of history based report so there isn't any way to make such a report that is globally sorted by date and time.
