Each day I generate a report of the notes I've entered in each accessed contacts record. It's simple and straight forward.
Suddenly one thing only has changed. I go through the motions but when I finally hit save.................nothing happens no report is generated. No report shows up at the location I selected to have it saved to........or any other location. What happened and how can I fix it???
Please help me!

This is what I would try next;
Close ACT! - Outlook, browsers etc..
From toolbar select Databases
Right mouse click on desired database button on left of db name
Select and run the four Database Rebuild options
especially the two ole report options.
Close out of ACTDIAG
Open ACT! database and report should work?
