I have ACT Pro Vers 16.0.291.0 and recently upgraded from MS-Office 2010 to Office 2013.
Now whenever I print any report (or preview), it prints blank pages with no data from the selected records. Obviously that's a problem!
In addition, each time I choose to send a contact an email from a template, it fails to do anything at all. No error message, nothing. It frequently does work the 2nd time I give the same command, but failsagain and again, forcing me to shutdown and reboot. Then it usually works.

For starters, update your version of the ACT! program to the latest version and see if that changes anything.

I have now upgraded to the new version.
I have realized that my report printing problem was user error. I didn't realize I had to select a time frame for which there was activity.
The other problem of inconsistency when creating a merge email is still happening. As stated, it only works correctly less than 1/2 the time, and never on the first try.
Any further help appreciated.
