Reports - Notes/History

Hello,

 

I have a problem when attempting to generate reports by notes/history.

The contacts are arranged in alphabetical order. Does anyone know, if the information can also be arranged in

chronological order, by date of entry?

I'm assuming that you are referring to having the report sorted globally by the date of the history or note and the answer is no. Notes and history can only be reported subordinate to the main body of the report and that sort will be by contact, company or group, depending on the type of report.
