I've run into an issue with a peice of reporting software (Stonefield Query) and ACT. I've opened tickets with them, as well as our ACT Vendor/specialist and done quite a bit of testing but seem to have reached an impasse.
The issue boils down to this,
If I open an activity, then clear that activity and set a follow-up, my reporting software treats both the cleared activity, and it's follow up as un-cleared. I set the report to filter out 'is.cleared=true' activities, however still get pages of cleared activities.
The reporting software vendor uses something called an 'ACT View' and says that the 'is cleared' variable isn't being set correctly, and I should submit a bug to ACT. I've manually browsed through the SQL Database and located (how it's been explained to me) that ACT has put a date in the cleared field correctly, but somehow that isn't being set in the 'view'.
Has anyone run into anything similar?
