Well, I was interested in finding out why a change in the ACT! database does not reflect in a change in the report right after the change.
Here's what happened:
I am using "Contact Report" and filtering it down to "current week". I changed a "detail" on a contact layout. That means I went to an activity for that contact, clicked on the activity in the ACTIVITY tab, and modified the details tab. Closed it and reopened the report.
Lo and behold the change didn't happen.
Really tempted to say something sarcastic, but I will bite me tongue.
Any takers on a solution?
