Report for a Lookup not working

I am using ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3. I create a Lookup, either via the simple interface or the Advanced Query, then go to Reports and select a report to run, always specifying Current Lookup or, I'll select all the records in the Lookup and choose Current Contact, and regardless of how I do it, I do not get the correct information. It is pulling information from other records within the database.

 

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to fix this?

 a couple of thoughts. 1) try this on the demo database. Does the behavior repeat itself.  2) which report are you using ?  had it been customized?  Does the behavior repeat itself on all reports or just some reports?
