Report for Tracking Calls

Is there a report on how to track certain calls?  For instance, if the call is a sales call, warranty call, customer service etc.  I'm looking for a report that will show how many calls pertain to those areas.  I only need a total number if that is possible.  Thanks.

There are two parts to what you want. First you would need to create custom activities with the appropriate completion results to create history for the calls. Then a variation of the History Summary Classic report would be able to track and count the number of each type of call you made.
