I have ACT 2010 and Outlook 2011. I have Outlook seleced as my email program in ACT!
I am set up to log incoming emails and sent emails to history in ACT! I want the ability to read the history and respond to the email from the history tab. Is this possible? Currently I have to read the history entry (and get the date the email was received) and then switch to Outlook and search for the email by date or the contacts name and then reply from Outlook.
If this is not possible in ACT! 2010 is it possible in ACT! 2012 Pro?

Thanks Mike. That worked. The incoming message now shows up as an email attachment. Once I select the history entry, is there a way to simply reply to the email within ACT, or do I need to go to Outlook to reply and keep the sting going?

I have seen your name a few times over the years. We go back to ACT! 2.0!
Is there still no way to work with emails from within ACT!
While mine are attached, having to go to Outlook for follow up is cumbersome.
Seems to me that, at one point, we could work with these things from within ACT!?!
