When I send an email from a contacts screen they are recorded in the history log. However, when I receive or reply to an email, it does not show up in my contacts history log.
Do I have to physically click on the "Quick Attach" button in Outlook each time I receive or reply to a contacts email? Shouldn't there be an automatic way that ACT can link any incoming or outgoing message to a give contact by email address?
What am I missing here?
