Under our history in the "Regarding & Details" tab every time we send an email the word SUBJECT automatically appears and then detail about the email sent or received.
How can I stop the word SUBJECT from appearing? It is too time consuming to have to go in manually to remove this from every email sent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
