In July I purchased Act! 2016 (version 18) and installed it on two computers as allowed.
I am retiring one of the computers and have installed it on the new computer. When I try to register the program (it was installed from the July download) it will not register. After looking through my licenses, it's apparent I received two activation codes in July, so it won't allow me to activate a third machine.
How do I remove one of the codes so I can activate the program on the new machine? The system on the machine being retired crashed and was reloaded, so I can't uninstall it from that one.

It is not you but Swiftpage who will need allow you to activate another machine on your licence.
