Is there a way to remove certain ID/Status's from the list once there are no more contacts in them?
Example:
We have 100 contacts in ID/Status "Mining"
We have 10 contact in ID/Status "Agriculture"
We combined the two and put 110 contact in ID/Status "Agriculture & Mining"
I cannot find a way to get rid of the old "Mining" and "Agriculture" ID/Status's/

You can update the ID/Status drop-down list by:
- sign onto database with Administrator level username
- go to Tools > select Define Fields
- select 'Manage Drop Down Lists' in left column
- double click on 'Contact ID/Status' (in right side window)
- click on Next to get to list of values
- highlight appropriate value and select 'Delete'
- click Finish to exit screen
